Vincent Breen, age 50 passed away on January 27, 2020. He is survived by his sister Patricia Scheid, nephew Teddy Gwalthney, nieces Brittany Madden, Katie Schingen, and life-long friends Roy, Danny, Kevin, Dawn, and Joe.
