Thomas J. Post passed away on Sunday March 28th, 2021. Beloved father to Lisa and Sherri (Frank), and "Grandpop" or "Gpop" to Corinne, Nicholas, Jason, Madison, Audrey, and Joey. Beloved brother to the late George Post, Jack Post, and Betty O'Shea (Post).Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing and funeral Tuesday March 30th at 9:30am to 10:30am at the lower church at Saint Ann's Parish 2328 E Lehigh Ave Philadelphia Pa 19125. Funeral mass will begin at 10:30am.
