MICHAEL R. "Mike" on February 11, 2015. Loving husband of Tricia (nee Colfer). Devoted dad of Michael Jr., Megan Dolan, Michelle Alaia (Enrico), Mikayla, and Matthew. Dear Grand Pop of Ricky, Thomas, Caileen, Peter, Hannah and Chloe. Also survived by his mother Shirley Kozisky, sisters Deborah Jackson and Sharon Patrone, and loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and in-laws. Relatives, friends, and the Neshaminy Wildcats Organization, are invited to his viewing Monday evening 6PM to 8 PM at the McCafferty-Sweeney Funeral Home 6126 Torresdale Avenue, Philadelphia. On Tuesday morning Mike's viewing will be held from 9 AM to 11 AM in Our Lady of Grace Church 225 Bellvue Ave. Penndel, PA 19047. Funeral Mass will begin 11 AM. Interment will take place in Our Lady of Grace Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Mike Kozisky Fund (a charity established for Mike's children c/o 6126 Torresdale Avenue, Phila., PA 19135) would be appreciated by his family.
