Meggan Locklear, age 37, passed away on February 16, 2022. Dear daughter of Jeanette McGrath (Francis), loving mother to Rylee, Shane, Olivia, sister of Richard (Jamie), Hailey Ann (David), Victor (Brittany), Anthony and Caressa. Niece of Miriam Lockear and David Beltz (April). Also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends, cousins, aunts and uncles. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her
