Frances Hagstotz

With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Frances Helen Hagstotz, surrounded by family on December 26, 2019. She was 78 years young, having just celebrated her birthday with Stocks cake and ice cream. Her beloved husband, Bill, preceded Frances in death. Frances and Bill were life- long sweethearts that married and grew their family in Philadelphia. Frances was much-loved mother to Deborah Mulligan, William J Hagstotz, III, Michael Hagstotz and Maureen Hagstotz Ruisi. She was much loved by her children's partners George Mulligan, Renee Hirsch Hagstotz, Stacey Hagstotz, and Leonard Ruisi.
Grandmother to Daron Mulligan, Sean Mulligan, Valerie Mulligan, Christopher Mulligan, William J.Hagstotz, IV, Anastasia Macheva Hagstotz, Melissa Hagstotz, Kyrsten Hagstotz, Philip Hagstotz, Sara Hagstotz, Abbey Hagstotz, and Isabella Ruisi.
Dear sister of Mary Babiarz, Eugene Hanlon, Daniel Hanlon, Bernadette Ferrell, and John Hanlon.
A hands- on learner, Frances lived a wonderfully active life; busy by working in a variety of professions and raising four children. She enjoyed being with people and seemed to thrive on talking to people. Frances needed little sleep to sustain her daily routines. Frances loved animals. She was mother to Holly, Sammy, Vinnie, and any other stray animal that needed a meal. Whether it was Lippincott, Cornwall, or Edmund Street, Frances was a well-known and loved figure of the community.
