Colin Albert Molchan-O'Toole, suddenly age 27 on December 28, 2018. Devoted and loving son of Rita Molchan (Sauer)(Thomas Ward) and the late Albert O'Toole. Cherished grandson of Albert and Joan O'Toole, dear brother of Clair Sauer, Curt Sauer (Katie Baldwin), Kassandra DiBello (Marco), Cali Sauer, Amanda Mehaffey (George), Patricia O'Toole (Chris) and Branden Ward. Also survived by loving nieces, nephews and cousins. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing and funeral Friday January 4th from 4 PM to 6 PM at the McCafferty-Sweeney Funeral Home 6126 Torresdale Avenue. Words of Remembrance 6 PM.
