Amy Newbury rennie

Amy Newbury Rennie, age 67 of Lewes, Delaware, (formerly of Philadelphia), passed away on Sunday, September 2, 2019. She was born to the late John Graham Rennie and Amy Borland Fraser in Glasgow, Scotland on March 18, 1952. Devoted mother of Eric Jackson (Paula) and Brian Jackson. Beloved sister of Lorna Muncer, John Rennie (Sharda) and the late George Rennie. Loving aunt of Deborah (Daniel), Michael (Dina), and Emily. Proud Nana of Brian, Billy, and Breanna. Amy was a graduate of Olney High School, the class of 1970. After graduation she was a stay at home mom to her two sons, Eric and Brian. Amy loved to spend her summer days taking the boys to their little league baseball games, enjoying the warm sun down at the beaches of Wildwood, or just spending the day with them floating around the pool. As the boys became older she entered the workforce as a Medical Clerk in the Psychiatric department at Albert Einstein Medical Center. After her career at Einstein, she became employed at ICON Clinical Research where she has worked for the last 15 years working on clinical trials. Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate Amy's life on Saturday, September 14, 2019 from 10 AM to 11:30 AM at McCafferty-Sweeney Slabinski Barnes Funerals and Cremations 6126 Torresdale Avenue Philadelphia, PA 19135.
